Pros

Flexible hours within a cultural attraction. Working within a museum or zoo (even within a store) makes work feel more valuable.

Cons

Lots of favoritism. At the USS Midway location, there was a lot of favoritism based on the relationship an employee had with the boss. If he liked you, he gave more hours and let people get away with less work. Also, hours are reduced drastically based on business need. One week, an employee may have 40+ hours while the next, they will have 6 or not work at all. Nature of the business, though.

Pros

Great company to work for, they really focus on the culture of a place and select staff who can actually fit. They are a growing company, so there's plenty of room to grow.

Cons

The majority of the positions are part-time and seasonal. You may also get bounced from one location to the next just to get viable hours.
