hard work, good perks

Pros

interesting business model, friendly team members, nice clean office, good office perks such as free breakfast, coffee, pet friendly Friday's, gym, workout classes, lunch & learns. Challenging work and a lot of autonomy. Friendly team members.

Cons

Heavy workload at times. No remote working options

We try to add as much flexibility into the work day as possible, but if you need additional support please work with your manager and People Services team, who can be reached at peopleservices@eventnetwork.com. Some positions require a physical presence at the Store Support Center, but it is case-sensitive.

Pros

Everyone is friendly A real team environment Work/life balance is good (flexible schedules, time off available when asked for)

Cons

Disorganized & stressful at times Only sales leads and management can do certain functions, like opening the drawers to make change, which makes sense except when there's only one sales lead in and they're on break. Customers don't understand and it can be very stressful.
