Pros

The boss is great. Very nice person. Very flexible scheduling. Work from home all the time. Reasonable life-work balance. Nice office environment.

Cons

The boss is not very nice. She orders me around and makes me work on the weekends and in the evenings. She's a perfectionist and hard to please. There isn't a whole lot more to say about it.

Was a great company with a great mission at one point in time. Very entrepreneurial and attracted great talent.

Cons

Started turning corporate and forgot about the people that helped to make the company great. Directors and AD's became paper pushers instead of guest service experts. At one point would have rated Culture and values as a 5
