Pros

The benefits are strong, including a unique perk where the first Friday of every month is a company holiday—something not commonly found elsewhere. The tech stack is relatively modern, with a wide array of tools readily available for use.

Cons

Senior business leaders lack a compelling strategy to demonstrate the company's high potential to investors given a thin-margin business. The team is struggling to make a significant revenue impact, with project deadlines imposed from the top, leading to rapid burnout among engineers. There have been three major layoffs in the past three years. Most of the VP-level engineering leadership comes from Amazon, and they're attempting to replicate Amazon's culture and organizational structure. (if you like Amazon culture, you might be able to survive there) Additionally, there's been a significant shift of jobs from the US to India and Spain.
