Pros

I have a chance to see if the benefits are true. And yes those are true!. For a long time I was locking for a job with a different kind of mind, who really think that the balance work-life is the key. Now I'm here and I have a balance in my life. I work at home, I have a launch with my family every day, and I can be literally a father and a husband as well. At the same time, my environment is pretty nice and diverse and I love it!!. We work as a truly team. Also we have challenges all the time and we are learning growing together.

Cons

I have been working during 3 months. It's a short time to be accurate, but I'm honest with my experience. As a disadvantage, I've founded the development process a little hard compared with other experiences that I have worked, but nothing impossible, just could be better (there is a team involved in this task)
