Pros

Eventus is a rapidly growing company that takes care of their employees; with an un-heard of 13 paid holidays, and truly great management, I would highly recommend employment here to a friend- in fact I have.

Cons

Truly cant think of one.

Pros

Flexible scheduling to accommodate for personal obligations.

Cons

Resources are missed used. The accountability for support staff lacks. The company is not Provider focused. Policies and procedures are not regulated for a seamless concept of promising practices. For example, communication amongst support staff, facilities, families, and patients have too many ways to access Providers. Majority of communication could be handled by trained educated support staff.
