Business Outlook
Pros
There are smart and good people who are really concerned about great patient care. The business model for the company is great and very much needed in the LTC industry.
Cons
Constant churn and burn. The company spends a lot of unnecessary time trying to “figure things out” which makes it seem disorganized at times. There is a lack of communication from the top downward and it takes awhile for things to be executed. You have to be ok with knowing everything isn’t in place in this business and they are working out a lot of kinks.
