Professional Run Organization while remaining Family Owned. Support and Tools are available to help you succeed in current position and prepare you for advancement. Company has a solid niche in the business with long term customers. Company is investing money in new equipment and has plans for future growth.

Cons

Finding additional production and support staff help is a challenge in the current work environment. Company needs additional staff.

Great place to work, only getting better

Pros

I have worked in formulated portion of production for around 2 years. In the beginning it was rough. Managers were not great, communication lacked, no one really cared, and very long days. Over the past year or so the company hired more people, started training, changed management , and improved the facility. I feel as though I matter and I work for a successful company. It also surprised me that all employees receive bonuses for holidays and for doing a good job.

Cons

Early hours. Ok pay, but overtime is offered. Same type of work everyday, not a lot of variety.
