Pros

While management in all companies preach collaboration this family oriented company comes through. Team based setting, high paced but not rushed. Weekends occasionally and that is Saturday.

Cons

I have not found a negative, growth rate is good and benefits are nice. If I had to pick a negative that would be restaurants in the area are mostly chain.

Pros

It is a small company, and the team environment is very family-like. Management listens and cares. Coworkers function as a team and are awesome. Hours are very accommodating. OT available. Living wage. 100% covered medical. 401k with company match.

Cons

Work by 5:30am. I'm not a morning person. No fault of theirs!

Pros

One of the biggest benefits of working for Ever Fresh was, quite simply, the atmosphere. There weren't multiple layers of management to weed through, the structure was easy to follow, and many of the leadership staff were very engaged and interested in your personal and professional success.

Cons

With any small company, it's difficult to have lateral or upward mobility, so that was definitely detrimental as an employee.
