      Pros

      The benefits were great, but I believe some have changed since I left. If you are a new associate, I think you will be welcomed and find it a great place to work. They are in the midst of significant growth, there is a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      As a legacy associate, having gone through a few rounds of M&A, the newest leadership is bringing in their own teams. If you align with their new vision, and you are not in a role they want to replace, you should be ok.
