      None. It’s not worth it. This place has a lot of potential but leadership is nowhere to be found.

      Cons

      No accountability for anything here. Leadership works at home but forces everyone else to go into the office.

      Flexible day. Lunch and breaks at leisure. OT offered. At home weeks offered with minimum of 10 hours OT.

      Cons

      Dead end role, all hired as seniors. No opportunity to advance. Not valued as a professional, mediocre position one step above a call center rep.
