Pros

I appreciate that they seem dedicated to improving their benefits (offering better 401k matching, mental health services, student loan contributions, etc.). Also, they acknowledge that given how fast they've acquired companies and gone public, they still have a lot to figure out.

Cons

I can't speak for other departments, but EC cannot seem to figure out how to set up their marketing dept. There are so many teams within it and too many hands in the pot at this point. Also, a lot of bureaucracy, and red tape. The relationship between EC Marketing and the different subgroups and the brand-level teams is confusing and results in miscommunications, overstepping, etc.
