      Pros

      Most roles are remote. The compensation is great and the employees are all friendly and supportive. The company is very inclusive and eager to increase diversity. So thankful to be part of this amazing company.

      Cons

      The growth of the business is fast so you have to be agile and able to adapt. That being said, everyone is growing together. Its ok to try, fail, try again and succeed.

      Strong investment in the personal and professional growth of their employees, flexible work hours, fast-paced environment, opportunity to change career paths, openness for feedback and ideas, strong involvement in the community, forward-thinking in how an employee can take control of their day, gym reimbursement, collaborative environment

      Cons

      This fast-paced environment could be overwhelming to some, but others thrive in it. Somewhat of an independent environment in some departments which may not work for all.

      Opportunity to work with amazing people with vastly different backgrounds and experiences and learn from them. Company is evolving quickly providing lots of opportunities for stretch assignments. Goal-setting throughout the organization each quarter helps shift/reset priorities as the company evolves.

      May feel chaotic at times as the company evolves and organizes internally.
