Pros
Great people, a lot of opportunity and a lot of growth. Great teammates and managers! Great new leaders coming on board to help continue growth
Cons
Leadership is greatly lacking. Most of the key leadership has been around and worked together forever. New leaders have come from big companies but they appear brushed aside for more of a "we have always done it this way" approach. I hope they dont give up (although some already have). Lots and lots of metrics to track you and your team's performance but not the tools or processes to make the stats useful. Most all of the updates you will hear is how much money we are making (or not).
