      Pros

      Remote first work environment and the people I have worked with have been great.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and alignment on goals. As a whole the company is focused on things that don't line up with the needs of employees or customers. Many team members are spread thin and checked out.

      Pros

      I've been on the team for a month and I've received a great acceptance to joining the team, encouraged to share ideas and question tactics no matter what level of heirarchy you're in. I greatly value the ability to drive impact without being the CEO and having your strategies encouraged and supported at every level. Amazing remote culture, ease of accessibility, and understanding for work life balance and flexibility.

      Cons

      a Company built from many acquisitions, there are struggles in understanding all the intergating systems and options for each brand. Similarly process wise, much is missing but an overall openness to creating stratgies and processes that improve all employees ability to succeed. People who struggle without existing processes in place - this probably isn't the place for you - but if you want to build, join.
