Pros

Your work will be meaningful to the organization. Upon hire, they will ask you to submit a review of the company to bolster their Glassdoor ratings. You will be treated equitably. You will be taught company values. You will be provided benefits. You will be told success stories across the organization. You will assist in the transformation of this company.

Cons

Meaningful Work. They have lost countless loyal employees through silent layoffs, company restructures, and recent voluntary attrition. This will leave you with plenty of work to do and limited resources to complete it. Equitable Treatment. If you are a recent hire or a longstanding employee, the likelihood of you losing your job will be equal because leadership lacks foresight and strategy. They care only for the bottom line after 3 years of publicly-traded mediocrity. Thrive In Change. If you are able to keep your job, the chances of you taking on others' work without additional pay will happen. You will experience firsthand the results of brain drain as new functional leaders come in every six months. Work Flexibly w. Accountability. You will be able to work flexibly, but held accountable to the work of multiple jobs rolled into one. Continuous Growth. This will mostly pertain to your workload and nothing else. Value Diversity. Valuing diversity and belonging are key here, so long as you do not suggest any courses of action that are out of alignment to our Sr. Leadership. Be Kind. Radical candor is promoted across the organization. If you choose to speak your truth or your personal points of reference though, refer back to the section around equitable treatment above. Succeeding Together. For those who remain, you will succeed together in keeping your head slightly above water and off the chopping block. Employee Benefits. The benefits at EverCommerce are subject to change as this organization continues to flounder. Reductions in wellness programs, increases in premium costs, and cancellations of mental health and/or tuition reimbursement plans have already begun. You will not receive any form of bonus or equity unless you work in executive roles. You are welcome to buy their stock, though it remains to be seen if that will be worth anything in the near future. Success Stories. These delusions of grandeur will help you maintain focus when you see your peers being laid off without warning. These stories of success can assist you when doubt creeps into the back of your mind if working in finance, product, sales, support, engineering, or HR. As you continue to lose customers, experience insurmountable tech debts, or visibly witness profits dwindle, these success stories will keep you encouraged to do your best work. Company Transformation. This may include you personally transforming your employment status with them. You will not be given proper communication. You will be provided glossed, vague justifications on why the company makes certain moves. You will witness gross abuses of power and negligence in your time here.

Pros

- Work from home - Team is supportive, overall good culture - Stack is somewhat outdated

Cons

- IT onboarding was bumpy, required IT to re-register the work-laptop - Some critical engineering decisions are coming top down, without consideration of why they were setup the way they were before

Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow in career and fantastic work flexibility. Exec mgmt is very supportive. Large shift occurring from individual small software companies to consolidated/streamline functionality and systems, if you like that transformation you will be very happy hear. Right now as things are shifting the constant is change, so an adaptive spirit is almost a must. Most of the organization functions in a nearly 100% remote manner.

Cons

Benefit package, especially medical leaves a bit to be desired. Medical Ins costs are significantly higher than other orgs. Remote Org can make you feel isolated at times as opportunities for in-person events are limited. Need to know how to thrive and connect in that type of environment to be breakdown the isolation feel.
