Once the smaller companies were acquired they lost their individuality and uniqueness and everything moving forward was only about money.

benefits were solid, flex pto and health plans were good

Cons

Management doesn't seem to have a clue and doesn't communicate. We often felt like a crew on a sinking ship with the captain off doing...something.
