      EverCommerce is growing extremely fast, which opens up a ton of opportunity to learn and grow your career. With 30+ subsidiaries and growing, no two days are the same! Employees who are willing to put in the extra time and effort are quickly rewarded with more responsibility. The people at EverCommerce are amazing! Everyone is extremely smart and driven, which makes it a pleasure to work with them every day.

      Cons

      EverCommerce is not for everyone. In order to succeed, you must be willing to put in the extra time and effort to get work done as quickly and effectively as possible.

      Pros

      Definitely a challenging and supportive environment which is rare. We learn and grow every day. We are like an agency but work with fantastic SMB portfolio companies all in the SaaS space.

      Cons

      Not sure that's cons but it's not a fit for everyone: You have to be extremely organized and enjoy fast pace (no kidding) and be a master at prioritizing projects.

      Pros

      Fast growing with unlimited learning opportunities and great leadership throughout the organization. The entire team consists of smart, capable, and genuinely good people. There are no jerks or amateurs here.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but not great. Growth-related changes are constant so those who are looking to coast will not succeed here.
