- Onboarding was smooth and well-organized - Coworkers and managers are genuinely supportive and approachable - I'm trusted with real responsibilities early on - Flexible schedule - Company culture feels collaborative and mission-driven. They truly care about your well-being. - Great perks to keep mental health and well being in check. - The team is easy-going.

Cons

- Still learning how things work — some internal processes can be a bit complex - Pace can feel intense at times, especially when you're new - Health insurance can be better.

Pros

Management is great. Time off policy is amazing . The ability to work from home. Over all i recommend them. Family oriented.

Cons

Some employee benefits could be better as they scaled back a few programs. Raises yearly at a 1-2 % for existing employees causes people coming in with less experience to make more than someone who has been the for years.

Pros

I love how there is always someone available to help immediately when any challenges or questions arise. Everyone pulls together to help everyone out and I love that! They have great values and make sure we have mental breaks and I love that the mental breaks pull us all together to do fun activities virtually.

Cons

I do feel while training, one of the trainers should be familiar with Mac computers since the training is virtual.
