Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I've not been to Lake Merritt, but it sounds lovely and a great escape when living our "Flexibility with Accountability"value. It's unfortunate that you feel your experience felt like a scene from "Office Space". We understand that weak training and ever-changing management can make work feel like a never-ending loop of TPS reports. Jokes aside, our wonderful Talent Development team are in the process of designing a Leadership capability program that will give our managers the tools and knowledge to support their teams effectively in this area.
