They encourage you to use your unlimited PTO

Cons

EC is a big public company and acts as such. Very slow, lots of red tape. Lots of people must be involved in every single decision. Feels like everyone in leadership is looking out for themselves, not our clients/users. All of the bad cliches associated with a large public company are true here.

Cons

Barely any growth opportunities and the culture is lacking. Seems as though the company lacks budget for proper raises, promotions, or bonuses.
