EverCommerce provides the scale and community across its holdings to enable 1st class benefits and career tools that smaller corporations just can't. Solid commitment to customer success provides opportunities to grow across the base.

Cons

Best Sales Director I've ever had

Pros

Open minded to new sales approach, new strategy. I was also a part of some really interesting projects while I was there. Management was always generating new ways of looking at the market and how we could attack from different angles. Open to feedback

Cons

Compensation would be the only con for me. Base salary was a little low
