      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements. Competitive pay. Smart, competent teammates. A product suite that helps small/medium businesses. Outspoken about their DEI commits.

      Cons

      The culture is ambiguous and people seem very siloed. The growth via multiple acquisitions has resulted in a fragmented structure that lacks collaboration and buy-in about the overall success of EverCommerce.

      EverCommerce has been a pleasure to work for. The copy wide training was very thorough. EverCommerce is very flexible place to work. I have felt very comfortable asking questions.
