Cons

I feel that every company has its cons but I have not yet experienced them at EC. I am still fairly new, >1 year but I like the way things are managed and am happy with my work / position.

Pros

After 1 month I have been welcomed by my team with kindness and empathy. Everyone is generous in helping when needed and I feel happy to work at this company. I align with the company values and like that they speak to them in weekly meetings.

Cons

The company is in MT and I live in ET but I chose that so nothing at the moment
