      Pros

      awesome group of people to work with, lots of growth opportunities. Extremely collaborative supportive team. open to feedback on different policies and procedures.

      Cons

      still in the growing pains of July '21 IPO so not everything is spelled out perfectly can have some bumpy moments. But its a great opportunity to make sense of chaos if thats they type of work environment you thrive in.

      Great people, great culture, low drama, and they prioritize work life balance. It’s generally a nice place to work when it isn’t getting stressful

      Cons

      They’re growing so naturally went from start-up feel to a big company feel. Losing sight of what made it a great place to work and made employees productive.
