1. Most positions are fully remote 2. Company tries to help with learning and development of staff. 3. Work life balance is not bad if you have a good manager

Cons

1. Some positions are understaffed which lead to overworked employees at times. 2. Different solutions Org. Make things a bit confusing 3. Improvement in compensation package 4. If you operate across different solutions Org it will make your job miserable going from one tech stack to the next it’s like onboarding all over again Everytime you are asked to do something for a new solutions Org. Not very scalable bad company culture and practice
