Pros

Good hours M-F 4p-830p and Saturday 9a-1p at the Grand Rapids Michigan location.

Cons

Unprofessional management in the Office and at trade shows. Managers will require you to book leads even when they just sit and eat the entire shift. Manager will swear and talk inappropriate in the Office. Favoritism is a big con. As long as you do tasks outside of your job description you will be on the favorites list. As soon as you decline extra activities you are black listed.

Pros

I wish I had something positive to say. It all starts out great. The promise of great pay with unlimited potential. Turns out the only way they can get new employees is to promise them what they want to hear.

Cons

Your hours constantly change so you have no chance to have a life outside of your work. Pay rate changes and they are not in your favor. Recently everyone had to move to a 1099 employee for their pay. No insurance (but they tell you in the interview it's coming soon), no promised bonuses for doing a good job. They always seem to find a way to dismiss any success you may have to get out of paying. Good luck getting reimbursed for gas and mileage. They tell you they take care of their employees with gas cards, but a 10.00 gas card for 2 weeks of driving only works if it was 1985. I have no bitterness towards the company, I could have quit at any time. I felt compelled to write this because I felt bad for every new hire there especially when that new hire has a family that is depending on them to provide. They simply over promise and way under deliver.

Pros

good pay. no long hours. easy to get hired

Cons

They trick you. You think your going in for an interview for an office position and end up having to be a door to door canvasser or telemarketer. when i worked it was the dead of winter, snowing and everything. I have on three coats and two pairs of pants and was still freezing walking door to door in the dark even! we went to low income neighbors and had to knock on ever door and try to get people to sign up to get their basement fixed. it was scary and lots of people told me to go home.
