Pros

Flexibility will hours. Good work life balance.

Cons

Poor management. Management encourages you to grow within the company, however, promotions never happen. Under paid for workload. No bonuses. No company paid lunches or events. All of management is under qualified.

Pros

The Executive Team has recently made great changes. This review would have been very different 12 months ago. You can make this place a good career, especially if you can work your way into a role other than Account Manager. Leadership/HR have identified problem areas that existed in years past, and are filling them in like potholes.

Cons

Account Management is hard, and not in a calculus way. It's hard in that there is a heavy workload, you may be given more than your fair share of work, and your manager might not be good at their job depending on who you're with. If you don't have a tough backbone and/or don't have experience in this line of work, you will be walked on and your account/s will deteriorate.
