Pros

Good benefits for medical and dental Privately held company - family owned

Cons

Very poor management in customer service roles. This poor management is the cause of low moral throughout the organization. A new low at Everbrite occurred recently with the termination of a long-tenured customer service worker who was with the company 39 years, an individual so very kind to everyone she met and faithful to Everbrite. This dedicated person deserved so much more BUT no she is gone because of poor management decision making once again.

Pros

The Executive Team has recently made great changes. This review would have been very different 12 months ago. You can make this place a good career, especially if you can work your way into a role other than Account Manager. Leadership/HR have identified problem areas that existed in years past, and are filling them in like potholes.

Cons

Account Management is hard, and not in a calculus way. It's hard in that there is a heavy workload, you may be given more than your fair share of work, and your manager might not be good at their job depending on who you're with. If you don't have a tough backbone and/or don't have experience in this line of work, you will be walked on and your account/s will deteriorate.

Pros

People are great. Family first attitude of upper management. Company is still growing and management is starting to reinvest in the company through capital expenditures and training of new employees. A lot of good changes happening.

Cons

Turnover. A lot of people are retiring and leaving with double digit years of experience.
