Pros

Better than average work environment (outside of your cubicle), people are overall friendly, managers treat employees not as their subjects and tend not to micromanage. You work pretty much independently, which is nice. 401K match good. Culture is good and getting better

Cons

For the workload, the compensation is substandard. Also, workload between accounts is uneven. Some accounts are very busy and workers stressed, while others are going through the motions and not challenged as much, for the same amount of pay. Advancement in company very limited

Fast paced work environment, home grown systems, collaboration is encouraged. Great co-workers always looking to help.

Cons

Shifting priorities can be challenging to follow and executive leadership changes create uncertainty. Some bad apples bring down teams as a whole.
