This place is a hybrid company for now at least.

Cons

The compensation does not reflect the volume and complexity of work expected, and the pay range listed is not consistent with what is actually offered. Opportunities for mentorship and professional growth are very limited, and there’s a noticeable gap in how individual contributions and concerns are acknowledged—employees often feel more like numbers than valued team members. Additionally, the workload is consistently high without corresponding recognition or compensation, and the benefits package is fairly standard compared to industry norms.

It was a good work place untill they closed are shop.

Cons

Just feel hurt after almost 20 years of service they close it down rather than try and sell the shop that regularly turns profit becuse of state contracts.
