Pros

Team members on the front line are helpful and great to work with

Cons

Everything else. Old system is out of touch with current CRM software features, instead of purchasing a new system the already stretched IT team built one that doesn't work and creates more work for employees. Forced to move into new system while it was still being developed to meet executive expectations. Upper management uses popularity when deciding how to treat and promote employees. Existing employees are constantly forced to take on additional work to the point where 50 hours a week wouldn't keep you caught up with the requests coming in. Pays incoming employees more than existing team members that have been there for multiple years or in some cases decades. Not just the worst job I've had; it's the worst job I've ever heard of.

Toxic environment

Pros

Working from home twice a week

Cons

One of the most toxic work environments I've ever been a part of. They hold every mistake you make over your head and never let you forget it. You're over worked and underpaid and god forbid you ask for a raise, stay away from this place.

Pros

depending on the account, team support and training is solid. depending on the account, management is flexible with hours. depending on the account, there's opportunity to travel for customer meetings and tradeshows. a few times throughout the year, lunches will be provided. scheduled work is Monday through Friday. work days are still a hybrid mix of in office and work from home.

Cons

no bonus. depending on the account, little to no commission options. pay ranges for positions are not shared. depending on the account, workload can be overwhelming to the point of unmanageable. high turnover. usually due to better paying jobs elsewhere.
