Pros

Able to adjust hours easily

Cons

Low pay for the amount of responsibility. Most people hired are very young and coke in and out often which means training someone is endless. PD days to tell us we need work/life balance.

Pros

When all staff show up everything flows smoothly for us and the kids. Master Teacher program had great new information along with a great pay incentive/increase. Diverse curriculum with a lot of options to make it our own. Holidays off/paid. New Tshirts all the time. Easy to use employee websites for lesson planning, entering observations, training, and employee needs. Management that does what they can if we call.

Cons

To many kids with behaviors being added to a room with no help or staff. Because of this everyone is overwhelmed, overworked, and under paid. Seems like the company values the high tuition being brought in no matter the amount of kids and behaviors with no staff. No planning time unless done off the clock due to call outs
