Pay, lots of resources/ materials for children.

Cons

They are ALL about a dollar meaning they want enrollment but wont ensure there is proper coverage. LOTS of favoritism- Management usually is given their position based on who they know not their management abilities. Perfect example: it makes absolutely no sense to put a certified crazy person, seeing a whole psychiatrist- taking a number of meds, in charge of a program. This company is also extremely racist as well.
