Job stability, average pay & standard bonuses. Pay may be falling a bit behind other big banks. Well below hedge funds and PE. Do like current leadership and direction they are taking the company as far as culture.

Cons

A lot more toxic bosses then in the past. Also expected to work 5/10+ hours a week overtime but strongly encouraged to not report it. Ton of millennial staff who constantly b*tch to admins about company policies when their expenses are not covered, as if the admins have any control over it.
