      I have been working for almost 2 yrs now I have not seen anything till now. Zero benefits. I'm stuck here.

      Cons

      H1 fee - You pay yourself, Health Insurance - You pay yourself 401k - Nothing available GC - You pay yourself You work and pay to this Employer nothing you gain. They dnt care of employees they care about timesheets Career Opportunities Nil Compensation & Benefits Nil ( Employee gives to Company ) Work/Life Balance No one is bothered. Timesheets submission must.. Senior Management does not care.. if u r on h1 you are stuck.. they will suck your blood Culture & Values Nil

      Pros

      The work was straightforward, easy, and simple. I was not micromanaged and allowed to work independently. I worked here for over 7 years. I was fortunate to have direct supervisors that allowed me to work remotely when needed and that genuinely cared about me and were approachable. I have nothing bad to say about my immediate department. I definitely cannot say the same for the CEO that was brought in December 2024.

      Cons

      The company tried to contact me during my PTO to terminate me. When I didn’t reply, they sent me a termination letter through certified mail. It didn’t matter that I’d been there over 7 years with a good work record. They didn’t offer any severance. Bottom line was they couldn’t afford to keep me and most of the other staff. I was the only one performing my role/position and others were also terminated during their PTO.
