Worst Company I Ever Worked For

Pros

The employees are great, scared, but nice people.

Cons

Where do I start? If you lack the skills to do the job, they hire you for Management! On many occasions they refused to post a $1,500,000 on a claim because I didn't hit the space bar, then the dollar sign, then the amount, including the .00. 10 minutes before closing the management team would disperse to hide around the exit door to try and "catch" you leaving 1 minute early. The place is a managers paradise, and a professionals nightmare! I walked out after serving a 1 year sentence there

Horrible Management and it's getting worse.

Pros

Pay is fine. benefits are ok, not great, unless you're a director or above

Cons

Management is terrible. The IT dept is being destroyed by the new CIO. There is more directors and VP's than any company i know. People are being micro managed.
