During my time at Everest, I witnessed a concerning pattern of unethical decision-making and poor leadership. Multiple restructures under the guise of "strategy," yet no clear or consistent strategy was ever communicated to employees. This lack of transparency created a culture of fear and instability, leaving many employees stressed and uncertain about their future. Despite frequent messaging about the importance of respectful behavior, I experienced a workplace where some leaders were openly rude and dismissive, with little accountability. The disconnect between stated values and actual leadership behavior was striking. Overall, I would not recommend this company as a place to work due to its toxic culture, lack of direction, and inconsistent leadership.
