Company wants to grow faster than their infrastructure can handle. Technology needs major improvements and managers don’t understand how much it impacts day to day challenges. Communication from managers is lacking and the amount of meetings is out of control. Goals are not clear and everybody is held to a different standard. It’s not about what you know, it’s who you know sadly.
