Your success at this company is based on pure luck. Very low base salary compared to competitors. Management only focuses on a few employees and will not give you the proper tools to succeed early on. You will be expected to work 50+ hours per week. Consistently asked by management to give commissions to other employees so they can hit their “metrics”. This usually comes with a promise of being compensated in the long run but it never happens. If you don’t like the feeling of working for a big company that treats its employees as just another number then do not work here. The company went public and looks out for its stock more than anything else. Also, EXTREMELY high turnover.
