Apex give you an opportunity to work hard and get compensated for it. They have the system in place to help train you and support you as you grow in your career and if you work hard and do the right thing, you will get generously compensated.

Cons

It is hard work, it is a very competitive industry

Great culture and tons of potential!There are a lot of tenured employees to learn from and utilize as strong resources. Really intensive training - you are very prepared and set on the track for success right out of training. Great benefits and lots of flexibility as well!

Cons

Really low base pay. It is not "competitive" as Apex advertises on job postings. It is very difficult the first year as an AM especially because you are taking clients out as well and you front the cost before getting reimbursed once a month. Great if you have a travel card I suppose but you're still out that money for the whole month. However I will still say that even though the base is tough the first year, if you can stick it out and work hard, you will make great money here! Management is great but spread really thin. It makes it difficult to coordinate with them or utilize them when needed.

There are no cons. I've had friends work at other firms like ours and they've all been miserable and quit. Apex does it right.
