Pros

The only good thing I can think of while working for this company, was the network connections I made that helped me get out of the company.

Cons

In short, the company has set itself up for failure by selling itself as an "interim" point in IT careers, and prides itself on high turnover. Management only cares to line their own pockets, and is the epitome of the "pizza party" system. When I started, there was full staffing, 1 week training, and a clear job description. When I left, new people would sit in the office, literally unable to work due to the nature of government accounts and logon requirements, and after a week or so, finally start working. Except they didn't know anything and had to take away from the senior techs' work, since there was no one dedicated to being an SME. The company started to combine positions, and literally absolved the queue management role. The time I worked here, I watched them go from an okay business, to such an awful place that they couldn't even hire new people without being sneaky, since competing contracts were vastly better in all aspects.
