They were very thorough during the interview process and attempted to set the expectations of the position.
Cons
Once hired and told multiple times during the interview process that I would be working 70 hrs a week and budgeting accordingly, after the first week of 69 hrs the following five weeks there was no work and I was stuck in California doing nothing until I quit and they flew me back home. Two weeks later they finally had work and the team is putting in the hours promised but try won't let me back on.
