Pros
They might get you a job temp to hire. But most the companies they are working with are small and pay very low wages and also payment from apex is low.
Cons
It is not as good as they say the company is, when they assign you for assignment. They don’t take enough time to study the work environment and the actual work assignment. Most the time you will be told you are working Pacific projects but when you get to the worksite it’s completely different.
