Pros

the office has a fun environment and the interview process is very easy. Fast passed environment

Cons

your typical high pressure staffing firm. Most of the focus from management is on meeting numbers and calls even if they are unproductive. The office environment can be very cut throat and your co workers will talk be hind your back constantly. The company invests very little into training and culture. They also highly overestimate your earning potential

Great Leadership Unlimited potential Good culture Can take time to get ramped up but once you can build good relationships your commissions can be great.

Cons

Have to cold call daily to set meetings and get leads, but once you have gotten in the door with some managers leads can come from referrals.

Pros

Company with good experience in IT staffing industry. Good compensation plan.

Cons

After being bought in 2012 , and becoming a publicly traded company changes started to occur to the salesforce turning into what was a chop shop for sales people. The portfolio of accounts managed became smaller and smaller relying on extreme saturation into accounts in order to become successful. More focus of the company turned to sales vs recruiting. By the time I left we had twice as many sales people as recruiters.
