      Pros

      Staff are helpful and good pay. I work with a great dct team, company provides free snack, and I feel there a good work balance.

      Cons

      Alot of downtime, and it gets very boring.

      Great training. Not an environment for someone who likes autonomy

      Pros

      Their training was fantastic and they had some great people working there.

      Cons

      asked to lie about jobs to get leads, micromanaged, leadership distributed accounts with favoritism. Terrible base pay

      Good Onboarding and Support

      Pros

      Account managers are transparent when trying to place you in a particular role, and go to bat for you with wage negotiations. Contractor care group for questions or support are quick to respond and very helpful.

      Cons

      Off-boarding when a contract is over is non-existent. You will get zero paperwork and never hear about any sort of COBRA benefits or other information. Account managers don't try to find you the next role.
