      Pros

      - Got me into an IT path - Gave me Help Desk experience - Apex Systems themselves aren't bad to work with - Apex are laid back, they work with you to improve - Offers CompTIA A+ cert at no additional cost if you stay for 3 months after getting it.

      Cons

      - $15/hr with $15.50 being the cap - No room to move up as Dell has permanently frozen badging contractors - No benefits as a W2 contractor unless you want to dip into your already low check

      Uncapped commission is great but depending on how much the contractors work change your paycheck.

      Possibility for uncapped commission if you have good clients

      Cons

      commission depends on how much your placements work - not on the work you do.

      Not a bad job at all

      one hour lunch, fully flushed out training period, continued training opportunities , structured ladder in promotion

      Cons

      not alot of cons with apex systems as an employer, I just do not like the help desk job lol the pay i will say, was not so great, but at the same time it IS a help desk job
