      The culture at Apex Systems is unmatched, as the team really looks out for one another and wants to make sure everyone is having a good time. On top of that, the amount of money you can make is endless, as long a you work hard for it.

      Cons

      The base salary is low and it can take a while to get your feet running. This can cause some panic

      Pros

      - Phenomenal place to start your career and learn the fundamentals of business to be successful - Actively in a rebranding period to expand on service offering to adapt to the modernization of the economy - Extremely receptive on a corporate level to employee feedback, especially over COVID

      Cons

      - Upper Leadership mentality and shifts are not always trickled down effectively to the local levels. Essentially, while on paper the company is making shifts, local leadership doesn't want to break prior successful habits - While the experience gained cannot be quantified, the compensation of internal employees is severely lacking compared to the industry. Despite consistent feedback from tenured employees regarding comp, it has only been addressed with new hires to the organization
