      Pros

      This role appeared at the right time to those that were out of professional work from the big sick. First time using remote work to build skills.

      Cons

      The use of dealing with the gripes of CSR and managing Salesforce. Records of patient accounts are often handles by tracers so the interactions can lead to mistakes. The majority of this job involves using an overinflated script and it doesn't work as well as upper mgmt wants it to. Also had to work on holidays.
