      Not a good company to work for

      Pros

      Gives you great IT Recruiting experience and the skills transfer very well elsewhere

      Cons

      There’s favoritism amongst the account managers, and recruiters too. I was a favored recruiter and was still fired once my Performance dipped in the pandemic. Clearly submitting candidates to a VMS is not a sustainable way to make commission or a career yet they made it seem like if you just work hard, you’ll make money. A lot of it is out of your control so that’s just not true.

      It could be better, but is a good place to start

      They made all the difficult paperwork for me They also deal with all the negotiation

      Cons

      The benefits are very poor and everything is taken from my salary
